National Infertility Awareness Week (NIAW) is just around the corner — April 20–26, 2025 — and we’re excited to share how we’re celebrating and advocating all week long!
Infertility can feel isolating, unfair, and like a game of chance where others seem to get all the luck. But NIAW is our moment to flip the script. It’s a time to share our stories, support one another, and shine a light on the reality of infertility — together.
At IRH, we’re committed to raising awareness and creating space for support, empathy, and empowerment. So here’s what we’ve got planned for this important week:
Join us at the Rookwood office for a collaborative paint-by-numbers mural project with staff and patients! Let’s create something beautiful together. Also, feel free to take home a positive affirmation stone – hand-decorated by our team (while supplies last!).
It’s all about positive vibes and symbolism – show off your pineapple and rainbow gear to support those on the infertility journey!
Wear orange – the official color of infertility awareness since 1989! Snap a selfie and share it on social media with #NIAW2025 to help spread awareness far and wide.
Time to show off those Lucky Socks! Whether they’re fun, funky, or meaningful, we want to see them!
We’ve got a little floral surprise for every patient with an appointment today at all IRH offices – just our way of showing we care.
We’ll be at Parental Hope’s Decade of Hope event to celebrate 10 incredible years of advocacy and to support their IVF Grant Giveaway. We’d love for you to join us!
