• The 25th Anniversary Special Offer is available to self-pay patients.
• Total price is $3900 (IRH $2,800 and Ovation $1,100). This price does not include medications or assisted hatching (if needed), cost of workup including office visit(s), ultrasound or uterine sounding.
• The 25th Anniversary Special Offer is valid for pre-paid FET cycles purchased between 10/1/25 – 11/30/25.
• Patients can purchase one FET at a time. If patients want to purchase another FET at the discounted price, you can do so if your first FET has been completed, and the promotional purchase period is still active.
• There will be no refunds given if the pre-paid FET is not used.
• Patients will have 2 years from October 1, 2025, to complete their FET. (This FET must be completed by October 1, 2027).
